We strive for you to be thrilled with our products. The pens are warrantied for functional and workmanship defects. If you have a problem with our pens, we have a problem. You can expect us to work with you to resolve any concerns with our products.

We have free shipping via USPS for all orders in the domestic US. All other orders are shipped via USPS and the charges are based on the location of the buyer and will be determined at checkout using the shipping tool in the cart. If you need to have expedited shipping, please contact us and we will be glad to arrange for your needs. We will send and invoice separately to cover and additional shipping charges.

We have a combination of in stock products and made to order products based on sales volume. These are hand crafted products. The actual products may differ slightly in color and shape based on production variables. The made to order products will take 2 to 4 weeks to deliver. You will be notified at the time of your order the status of your pen. If you wish to cancel the order prior to delivery, please lets us know. We will process a refund.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
